Vianté Pasta Maker Endorsed by Chef Chris Covelli
Chef Covelli is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York, where he studied with Chef Andre Soltner and Jaques Pepin. He also worked under the direct supervision of Chef Alain Sailhac, formerly of Le Cirque, 21 Club and the Plaza Hotel in New York. Chef Covelli is Senior Chef Instructor at the Toscana Saporita Cooking School in Lucca, Italy, where for the past 10 years he worked side-by-side with cookbook authors Sandra Lotti and Anne Bianchi.
